Our flagship blend unites two extraordinary origins in perfect equal balance to deliver a rich, harmonious profile. One half brings the vibrant depth of Guatemala, grown by the small-plot farmers of Café Juan Ana across the mineral-dense, volcanic highlands of Lake Atitlán. The other half originates in Rwanda with Agaseke—an inspiring, entirely women-led cooperative producing exceptional coffee in the mountainous Karongi district. Every cherry across both regions is meticulously hand-harvested at the exact peak of ripeness, reflecting an ethos that refuses to settle: uncompromising quality in the cup, backed by total integrity in what we pay our producers.
